Report: Rick Ross Was Waiting For Diddy To Go Down So He Could Buy His Stuff For Cheap

Rick Ross fashions himself a Diddy-like mogul.

According to his ex Tina Kemp, The Bawse was waiting for the Diddler's downfall so he could become more Puff-like by buying Diddy's deprecated assets.
