Did Rick Ross Diss JAY-Z On 'Little Havana'?

Rick Ross dropped these bars on his new track "Little Havana."

"N*ggas soul being sold and still on a leash
Roger Goodell boy, he ain't a corniche
I was really throwin' money, I really saw Meech
And I let them rappin' ni*gas get closer to Meek"

It's hard not to speculate on whether those lines are about JAY-Z, who works with Roger Goodell and the NFL and who signed Ross's estranged rapper Meek Mill to a management deal with Roc Nation.

According to sources who spoke to OnSmash, Hov wasn't Ross's intended target.  Ross is grateful that JAY gave him a job at Def Jam in 2005 and wouldn't diss him on wax.
