Report: Lil Durk Hospitalized With Heart Issues

Lil Durk was supposed to headline Quebec City's Summerfest on Tuesday.

However, he pulled out hours before he was set to be on stage.

Now we may have a reason.

Smurk was allegedly brought to the Cleveland Clinic with a heart issue.

This makes his clone Perkio's question about the next rapper to die more ominous.

Durk was supposed to begin his Sorry For The Drought tour later this month.
