Report: Drinking Coke Gives You Bigger Testicles

A Chinese study has revealed that drinking cola, either Coke or Pepsi, gives men bigger testicles and more testosterone.

Researchers divided mice into three groups.  Over 15 days, one group got water, another Coke, and the third Pepsi.

Testicles were then weighed and blood was drawn to measure testosterone.

The Coke and Pepsi rodents had balls that weighed more and had higher testosterone levels than they had before, whereas the water group was unchanged.  The more cola a rodent got, the bigger the increase.

 “Drinking Coca-Cola and Pepsi-Cola could promote testis development and enhance testosterone secretion [ …] our findings provide the scientific basis for fully understanding carbonated beverages effects and their mechanism on development and reproduction functions of humans, and how they benefit the prevention of prostate dysfunction and cancer," concluded the study.

On the other hand, another recent study found that sugary beverages reduce male fertility.
