It looks like Diddy is one step closer to facing criminal charges.
CNN just reported that a grand jury has been gathered to listen to evidence from Diddy's alleged victims, while the Justice Department continues their case against him.
Diddy is currently facing eight lawsuits relating to sexual assault, physical abuse, and other heinous crimes.
Plus, it's being said the feds have already interviewed a lot of his plaintiffs, but those people haven't been prepped to testify in front of a grand jury yet.
The report also says the feds are moving slowly to ensure their case against the disgraced mogul is rock solid.
Remember, all of this comes after a woman named April Lampros filed a suit against Diddy last week, saying that he sexually assaulted her several times in the '90s.
And just days before that, another woman, Crystal McKinney, sued him and said he forced her to give him oral sex in New York in 2003.
Unsurprisingly, Diddy has kept a low profile in recent weeks, aside from when he apologized on video for beating Cassie.
