It's been a little over four months since A$AP Rocky was arrested at LAX for allegedly shooting someone in Hollywood, California in November 2021.
There was no word at the time who the shooting victim was but it's been revealed that it was his former crew member A$AP Relli, who's now planning to sue.
Per Rolling Stone, Relli — whose real name is Terell Ephron — said that Rocky shot him after asking him to resolve an issue they had, which caused injuries to his hand.
“Unbeknownst to Mr. Ephron, A$AP Rocky was not just planning for a conversation and came armed with a semi-automatic handgun,” said his attorneys Jamal Tooson and Brian Hurwitz in a statement. “After arriving at the location, a conversation ensued whereby without provocation, warning, or any justification, A$AP Rocky produced the handgun and intentionally fired multiple shots at Mr. Ephron."
Rocky has yet to be charged for the shooting but will be in court on August 17. Neither he or his legal team have responded to Relli's claim.
