Her son Jayon Scott has been charged with first-degree murder.
Scott and Richard Swygert are accused of shooting and killing 43-year-old Darius Guillebeaux during a May 2021 incident in Queens.
The two men were arraigned today in Queens. It's unclear if they knew Gullebeaux.
Remy has her own criminal history.
She served about six years for a non-fatal 2007 shooting in Manhattan.
