Even though Eminem is his boy, Redman acknowledged Machine Gun Kelly did great when he hit Shady with his 'Rap Devil' diss last year.
But he also thinks MGK went too far in one of his bars.
"MGK you did a great job in that battle, but there's one thing you never do," Redman said, not entirely seriously, in an interview with HipHopDx. "One thing, and that's... talking about another man's sweatpants. You can talk about his momma or whatever, but you can not talk about a man's sweatsuit. My boy Em is wearing a lot of sweatshirts lately ... When I heard him say 'them corny sweatsuits', I laughed, but then again I said you know what? He's young, and maybe one day he's gonna understand what wearing sweatsuits are all about."
"I'm sick of them sweatsuits and those corny hats let's talk about it," is the 'Rap Devil' bar in question.
