Many an aspiring rapper has cooked up many a zany plot to get their mixtape into the right hands.
J. Luchiano's wasn't even that zany. He just left his tape at the front door of Rick Ross's Atlanta mansion.
Lo and behold, two months later J. got a call from Ross's people, who set up a meeting.
But when he arrived at the office, he was met by the police, not an offer to be the next MMG soldier.
In addition to dropping off the tape, Luchiano had taken photos of Ross's grounds and posted them online. It was all too much for Ross's security, who set up the sting and had J. arrested for trespassing.
Luchiano tells TMZ he's innocent of the charge of misdemeanor criminal trespassing because instead of jumping Ross's fence he just walked right in the front gate.
Now he gets to tell that to a judge.
