Pusha T said Drake was trying to find dirt on him after "The Story of Adidon" dropped.
"That shit was real. That was not fake," said Push on The Joe Budden Podcast. "That shit is so real that like people that are close and near and dear to me are aiding and helping him do this shit. It's so wack to me."
The Virginia rapper also claimed that he was contacted by former associates who said someone reached out to them and offered money for secret info. Push said he has proof of all this and could easily release it.
"That research didn't come back with nothing. As a matter of fact, they taped the conversations and gave them to me. I'll play them if you want, cause I got them," he explained. "I just don't want niggas acting like they got one-up on me or their money or their popularity runs me. No, bro. This ain't about this. This shit is some rap shit."
Pusha's interview — in which he also revealed that he found out about Drake's child from Noah "40" Shebib— comes shortly after the Canadian spitter blasted him for making light of 40 having Multiple Sclerosis. Drake said there's certain rules to follow in a battle, but folks like Styles P disagreed.
