The human serviette, Nardwuar, meets Post Malone during a recent stop in Toronto.
As usual, Nardwuar surprises Post with rare information; people associated with his come up in the game and gifts him stuff related to his likes.
Perhaps what's most unique about this interview, however, is a comment that Post makes.
Once the conversation gravitated toward the success of his "White Iverson" record, which has gone five times Platinum, Post went on to say this:
I used to get a lot of shit for it. You got to understand, I had like three songs out. I only had one good song. I still only have one good song, but I had to do it first and I had to do it last because no one knew who the hell I was.
This statement is pretty shocking coming from such a talented individual who is currently topping charts.
Post has six other songs under his belt that have gone Platinum, and a debut album that went double Platinum. Is Post setting the bar unrealistically high for himself?
