Post Malone Shaves Head, Revealing Head Tattoo

Post Malone just took clippers to his notoriously unruly head of hair.

In what shouldn't come as a surprise there was a tattoo underneath.  Check out Post's skull on skull.

Post has already adorned his face images like a bloody buzz saw blade and a medieval-looking gauntlet holding a flail weapon.

He explained why he likes ink on his face and head in an interview with GG.

“I’m an ugly-ass muthaf*cka,” Post admitted. “It does maybe come from a place of insecurity, to where I don’t like how I look, so I’m going to put something cool on there so I can look at myself and say, ‘You look cool, kid,’ and have a modicum of self-confidence when it comes to my appearance.”
