When we met Post Malone he had no face tattoos and one out-of-left-field Soundcloud hit.

Now Posty is arguably the best selling [streaming] male artist in the world and his face is an ever-evolving canvas of ink.

He just followed up his new ball and chain facial tattoo with a bloody buzzsaw facial tattoo, which was done last night by Ruben Reza after Post's Kansas City show.
