Pooh Shiesty To Plead Guilty To Federal Charges

Pooh Shiesty is facing 20 years each for conspiracy to possess firearms in furtherance of violent crime and for Hobbs Act robbery conspiracy as a result of sneaker and drug deal gone bad.

Earlier this week, one of Pooh's two co-defendants switched his plea from not guilty to guilty.

Yesterday, Pooh -- who was set for federal trial next week -- did the same.

Pooh's lawyer Bradford Cohen, who's worked wonders for Kodak Back, explained why.

“We’ve entered into plea negotiations because there have been developments in the case that I think changed the dynamics of the case,” Cohen revealed.

Wo don't know what those developments are.

What we do know is the Feds say that Pooh was involved in a Bar Harbour, Florida hotel parking lot supercar shootout after the drug and sneakers deal went left and is accused of shooting a man in the buttocks with a Draco.

The Feds have the gunfight on video and have also tied by serial number the money used in the deal -- which fell out of Pooh's rented Maybach as he fled the scene -- to money Pooh had posted on social media.
