Pooh Shiesty Is Still Facing Serious Time

by HHL JT

Pooh Shiesty is no longer trying to delay his federal trial, which kicks off on October 25.

Shiesty is facing serious time for the Bar Harbor, Florida incident -- described as a sneaker and drug deal gone bad  -- that included Pooh firing off shots and then escaping in a Maybach.  The shootout was caught on tape

The "Back In Blood" rapper faces a maximum of 20 years each for conspiracy to possess firearms in furtherance of violent crime and for Hobbs Act robbery conspiracy.

In addition, he's facing a maximum life sentence for discharging a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.

If he somehow escapes his federal trial unscathed, he is facing unrelated Florida charges of aggravated battery for firing his gun in the ground during a strip club dispute and hitting a security guard with the ricochet.
