Pooh Shiesty is in big trouble.
He plead guilty to federal charges for a sneaker and drug deal gone bad that could get him 40 years.
He also faces state charges in Florida for a strip club shooting.
He's been locked up since this June and was recently transferred to FDC Miami as he awaits his federal sentencing.
He just spoke out for the first time since his incarceration, decrying fake love.
