Safaree Samuels was shook when he did the Angie Martinez Show yesterday.
That's because two goons had just robbed him of everything he was carrying.
"I just got robbed at gunpoint," he said with tears in his eyes, "A couple hours ago, I just got robbed like two dudes with guns just ran up on me. Had me face down on the floor with a gun to my head. They took everything."
It looks like he's going to get everything back.
TMZ reports that cops responding to the robbery in Fort Lee, New Jersey took after the two suspects, Jonathan Ricketts and Shawn Harewood, who tried to escape by car.
They chased them over the George Washington Bridge into Manhattan, where they were joined in their pursuit by the NYPD.
The robbers ditched their car when they got over the bridge and were captured in NYC 12 blocks apart.
In retrospect, they probably should have fled to someplace without so much traffic.
Update: The full interview is out. According to SB, he was robbed of 175K worth of jewelry. Hopefully, it was all recovered. (It was also all insured.)
