In 2003, Beanie Sigel faced attempted murder and federal weapons charges.
Oschino remembers how the judge in the case was willing to let Beans go if JAY-Z, who had shown up to court, would vouch for him. But Hov wouldn't do that.
Oschino says Jay-Z could’ve once freed Beanie Sigel from prison after shooting someone “All Jay-Z had to say was yes… he told the judge no!!” pic.twitter.com/ftUcexgykO

"I came to court for Beans when he allegedly shot somebody. JAY-Z got on the stand, and they said, "Are you going to be responsible for him if we let you go?" Jay-Z said 'no.' I was thinking, what did he come to court for them?" Oschino remembered. "He said no bro."
Sigel spoke on what happened when he did Drink Champs a few years ago.
“I never been crushed like that ever in my life. That f*cked me up," he told N.O.R.E and DJ Effn. " That took away a lot of sh*t that I thought we had. Like, that’s big bro. I believe at that time, Jay was thinking that I was unpredictable. I was bugging. I know I was out of pocket. I was uncontrollable.”
Although Sigel and Hov now have a friendly relationship, Sigel revealed he's never talked with JAY about that devastating day in court.
