Orlando Brown, known to give unhinged, absurdist interviews, has a theory about Keefe D and 2Pac that's so crazy we have to give him credit for coming up with it.
In a chat with Cam Capone, Brown claims that Keefe D -- who was recently arrested for Pac's murder -- is 2Pac.

"He is 2Pac," Brown said of Keefe D. "Can't arrest him if he's the man who died. Look at that man. He's 2Pac! They are not going to arrest him. I said he's 2Pac. If they arrest him they have to put him in 2Pac body. They don't want to see Pac up. They don't want to see him living. They don't want to see him up. We know he's alive. They don't want to give him his body. That's what that is. They want him to look like a sucker every time he pop up ... holograms and sh*t."
The problem with Brown's theory is that they did arrest Keefe.
