The Simpsons have been around for almost 30 years.
Over that time, a slew of artists have appeared on the show. From Pharrell Williams to Drake and 50 Cent to Michael Jackson.
Recently, The Simpsons pulled the episode that featured Michael Jackson because writer Al Jean believes Michael used the video to lure in little boys.
Another writer, Mike Reiss, also discussed the episode more in-depth.
Reiss says that he met Michael on set, and that he was an "odd man," he could not act, but overall was a good sport. Strangely enough, Michael used a voice-over actor to sing his lines.
Odd. We know.
He also touched on the Michael Jackson episode being pulled down.
Reiss says while talking with Al Jean, Al said...
There are parts of that epiosde that I now know the context and it makes me want to throwup.
Changing episodes, Reiss says the 50 Cent episode was awkward because no one knew what to call him.
Do you call him 50, or Mr. Cent [Laughs]. But he was a good sport.
