One Of Pooh Shiesty's Co-Defendants Changes Plea

by HHL JT

Pooh Shiesty's federal trial begins next week.

The "Back In Blood" rapper is facing  20 years each for conspiracy to possess firearms in furtherance of violent crime and for Hobbs Act robbery conspiracy as a result of sneaker and drug deal gone bad.

Yesterday, one of Pooh's two codefendants switched his plea from not guilty to guilty.

While that may sound snitchty, lawyer Mo Gagham explains that the way the codefendant switched his plea suggests he won't be testifying against Pooh and is not cooperating with the Feds

Unfortunately for Pooh, it does probably mean he has a bad case and will likely be found guilty.
