Offset Gives Cardi B A "Titanic Diamond" Ring For Her Birthday

Offset and Cardi B have been through their ups and downs, but they have no problem showing their love in public. 

Cardi, who just turned 27, had quite the night out with her boo. 

First, they dined on lobster, a seafood tower, steak, truffle mac 'n cheese and lots more. In their room, rose petals were scattered to boost the mood. 

After dinner came the big present, as Offset gave Cardi what they call a "Titanic Diamond" ring, as well as a giant pendant with a picture of Kulture in the middle.
