Chicago's Parkway Gardens aka "O-Block" was put up for sale last week.

The three-building, 694 apartment complex spanning three streets.is part of Hip Hop lore, with King Von, Chief Keef, Lil Durk, Lil Reese, and Fredo Santana among those claiming it.

It was also a landmark for opps like Tekashi 6ix9ine to pull up on as a way to taunt Chiraq.

We joked that 6ix9ine was going to buy O-Block as part of the ultimate troll.  Then Lil Durk claimed he would buy O-Block no matter what the cost.

Neither happened.

According to AllHiphop, an undisclosed entity already snatched O-Block up

"Oblock has already sold to some mogul or corporate group for an undisclosed amount. It was sold almost immediately after the tweet of it being on sale was made public. That probably means that it was sold before the new story was even made. You know how these things go. Business to business, somebody let somebody else know that it was going to go on the market and it was probably sold before a reporter even caught wind of it.

The speculation is that the complex, which is among Chicago's most dangerous areas, will be redeveloped and the current residents priced out.
