Now Tyga's Five Year Old Son Is Getting Sued For Not Paying Rent

Tyga's ability to never pay anyone and still exist is second only to Birdman's.

It looks like he's passing that trait on to his five-year-old son, King Cairo

Tyga and King are being sued for not paying the 40Gs a month rent on a Beverly Hills home that they're renting from Mezhgan Hussainy, who happens to be Simon Cowell's former girlfriend.

King is on the lawsuit because Tyga put his son's name on the lease. 

The father and son duo starting living in the house in March of 2017 and actually did pay rent for a while. But they stopped in January.  Hussainy is suing to evict Tyga and King and recover all of the back rent.
