Nipsey Hussle's Estate Sued By Songwriter Who Says He Wasn't Paid Or Credited

Songwriter Bradley Davis filed a lawsuit yesterday claiming that he and two others wrote the music which would eventually become Nipsey Hussle's Victory Lap cut "Rap N*ggas".

Davis says he was never paid or credited, nor did he ever give Nip permission to use the music.

Davis claims he wrote the music in 2013 and then copyrighted it in December of 2017, months before Victory Lap dropped.

This is the second such lawsuit against Nip's estate in the past week. Singer Tasleema Yasin says she co-wrote and sang on the Victory Lap track "Hussle & Motivate" and is demanding she be properly compensated for that.

Nip's brother Sam Asghedom was named the executor of Nip's estate on August 29 and it looks like he's going to have his work cut out for him.
