Tekashi 6ix9ine testified that Nine Trey Anthony "Harv" Ellison kidnapped and robbed him and committed various other violent misdeeds and the jury found him guilty.
He's yet to be sentenced, but Complex obtained the prosecutor's nine-page sentencing recommendation, which they filed yesterday, and things aren't looking good for Harv.
The government is recommending 360 months (30 years) to life in prison, far more than any of the other Tr3ways got.
According to prosecutors, Harv was "the most culpable defendant convicted in this case," a "high-ranking member" of a "violent gang" who "was committed to the gang life, proud to be a member of Nine Trey, and willing to do whatever was necessary to protect the reputation of the gang."
In addition to what he did to 6ix9ine, Ellison was convicted of assaulting Trippie Redd, slashing and permanently disfiguring an internal Nine Trey opp, brawling at Yams Day and at LAX airport, and generally being a gangbanger.
He will be sentenced on September 24.
