Nicki Minaj's New Boo Gets Her Name Tattooed On His Neck

Nicki Minaj and her new boo Kenneth Petty are in love and talking about marriage and babies. 

It seems Kenneth wanted (or was told) to make a further commitment to her 

Taking to Instagram, Minaj shows off a new tattoo Kenneth got on his neck.

In the video, Nicki asks...

Nicki: Did your tat hurt?

Kenneth: Na, not at all.

Nicki then proceeds to point the camera at Kenneth's neck, which shows an "Onika" tattoo, which is part of her full name, Onika Tanya Maraj.
