Nicki Minaj's Neighbors Want Her Out Over Husband Being A Sex Offender

Beverly Bardan. Be sure to remember that name because she might be responsible for getting Nicki Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty kicked out of their ritzy neighborhood.

See, Bardan is one of Nicki's neighbors and she formed a petition to get the rapper and her husband removed from their Hidden Hills, California neighborhood since he's listed as a sex offender. 

Petty was convicted of attempted rape in 1995, and he also pleaded guilty to manslaughter the following year.

Bardan created the petition in December but according to TMZ, it received hundreds of signatures in the last few days.

"Nicki Minaj and her husband, registered sex offender Kenneth Petty, have purchased a house in our neighborhood of Hidden Hills at 5510 Jed Smith Rd," the petition reads. "Kenneth Petty is a level 3 sex offender, convicted for the attempted rape of a 16 year old girl, and has a high likelihood to reoffend. He was also found guilty for killing a man. He is currently under house arrest for failing to register as a sex offender in California as law demands it."

"The Petty couple moving in would lead to appraisal value of our homes to go DOWN due to safety concerns," Bardan also stated. "It would lead to children and women being a target. We, the residents of Hidden Hills, must put our resident’s safety first."
