As you know, Nicki Minaj's new husband Kenneth Petty was arrested for not registering as a sex offender.
With the arrest came quite a few stipulations, one being that he can't use the internet unless approved by a supervisor.
According to TMZ, Kenneth isn't having it and just submitted legal docs to a California judge to allow him to use the internet again.
Prosecutors have already agreed to Petty's request and it's now in the hands of the judge to sign off.
On top of the current internet ban, Petty has a curfew and is being required to wear an ankle monitor, and can not leave the area of Southern California.
