Way before he was married to Nicki Minaj, Kenny Petty served time for sexually assaulting Jennifer Hough.
He was initially charged with first-degree rape, pleaded guilty to attempted rape, and did four years.
Earlier this year, Hough sued Minaj and Petty, claiming they were constantly harassing her into recanting her 27-year old charge against Petty and that the harassment had begun to take the form of threats.
Hough officially served papers to Minaj and Petty on September 13. They've yet to respond and now Hough's lawyer is asking for a default judgment of $15 million against the couple.
“In a request to Douglas Palmer of U.S. District Court – Eastern District of New York, Hough’s attorney Tyrone A Blackburn asks to “please enter the default of defendants Onika Tanya Maraj, and Kenneth Petty, AKA Zoo, pursuant to Rule 55(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for failure to plead or otherwise defend this action as fully appears from the court file herein and from the attached affirmation of Tyrone A. Blackburn, Esq.”
