Nicki Minaj May Have Begun Firing Shots At Beyonce Over Country Music Attempt

Nicki Minaj and Beyonce's highly toxic stan groups are often at odds.

But there's never been much indication that Nicki and Bey have any issues with each other.

Until now

Some folks believe Nicki has been mocking Beyonce's much-ballyhooed foray into country music by putting on a Southern accent.

Nicki is known for doing different accents when she live streams, so it's possible her twang had nothing to do with Beyonce's ambitions in a new genre.

But if she is coming for cowgirl Bey she wouldn't be the first.  Azealia Banks has already called the genre switch gambit a "grift" that she believes will fail.
