New Jersey rapper Albee Al [Albert Robinson] has turned himself in for his involvement in a shooting which left a man with a non-fatal gunshot wound.
Al, along with Darnell R. Reeves, is being charged with two counts of first degree attempted murder, unlawful possession of a handgun and possession of a handgun for an unlawful purpose.
Police say Al and Reeves opened fire in the Wall Street area of Passaic, New Jersey at 2 AM on August 23, sending one man to the hospital and missing their second target.
In 2010, Al was accused of murdering Jermaine Williams and dumping his body in the river but beat the charges. He was in the midst of a five-year sentence for unrelated gun charges when he went to trial.
He now faces 10 to 20 years on each attempted murder charge and 5 to 10 on the weapons charges.
According to a new update to his IG page, Al still intends to drop his album King Opp on October 4.
