It was teased a few weeks back, and now NASIR - The Film is here!
Properly titled after the rapper himself and after his 11th studio album which he dropped five months ago, this compact feature presentation is directed by Rohan Blair-Mangat and brought to us by Mass Appeal.
Nas, aka Nasir, touches on current societal issues while highlighting his very own stomping grounds of Queens, New York.
The film stresses the ongoing issue of racism as well as police brutality.
It isn't all about politics, however. NASIR also features the Queens legend rapping and performing some of the records off of the album.
