Mystikal has been indicted on one count of first-degree rape and one count of second-degree kidnapping by Caddo Parish, Louisiana grand jury.
His bail is set at $3 million.
The 46-year-old was one of three men wanted in connection with an assault in a Shreveport, Louisiana casino which took place in October of last year.
He had turned himself in last month. "I turned myself to get this business rectified, to get this behind me, man," he told KSLA News at the time. His reps then claimed the charges against him were "completely bogus."
