Drake is taking heat from all sides.
Earlier today, Tyga released 'Make it Work', which contained not-so subtle digs against Drizzy, whom he had already attacked in print.
While that's getting all the attention, Murda Mook actually beat Tyga to the Drake punch. The battle rapper released the freestyle '6 God' over the weekend -- less than a day after Drake dropped the original -- and used some of his bars to go after the Canadian. Like Tyga, he doesn't mention his adversary by name.
"Let me hold this for a minute boy/I’ll give it back when I’m finished boy/Man don’t nobody listen, man it’s just competition/I ain't got no problems with the boy…/But if a nigga wants problems, tell him that I’m up in Harlem/They can load the guns up and come get the boy/I don’t play with him," Murda raps. This summer, Drake challenged Murda to a lyrical showdown, a bold move considering Mook is a battle rap legend.
We also got word last week that Drake was ramping up to make good on that challenge.
Listen to Murda Mook's '6 God' freestyle and let us know if young Drake has bitten off more than he can chew.
