According to Fox 5 in Atlanta, multiple defendants in the case are negotiating plea deals with Fulton County DA Fani Willis.

Multiple defendants are open to taking plea deals and have submitted their counter offers. Now the question is, will the State accept them?

This comes after the latest prosecution blunder—this time revealing a defendant's criminal history—could lead to a mistrial.

It's unclear if Thug is among those who countered offered a plea deal.

It is said that Thug rejected the initial deal because he didn't want any violent felonies on his record.

Young Thug’s lengthy gang and RICO trial is set to resume this morning in Fulton County following days of negotiations over possible plea deals. Plus, Judge Paige Reese Whitaker is mulling another motion for a mistrial. The latest, from @ShaddiAbusaid https://t.co/ZsXlP12Qa0
