Dallas rapper Mo3 was on the raise when he was heartlessly gunned down on Interstate 1-35 in his hometown.
Since his murder, he's gained 100,000 new followers on Instagram and all of his streaming numbers have spiked.
The promo dead rappers get is a phenomenon the repeats itself over and over again.
The biggest benefactor this year has been Pop Smoke, who went from a popular regional rapper without an album to a world-wide mega-star after getting gunned down in February. Juice WRLD -- who was a fairly big star before his death -- has also seemed to benefit from no longer being alive.
Why do you think Hip Hop is such a death cult?
