Missy Elliott Praises Lil Wayne, Explains Why He's 'Legendary'

Lil Wayne once said that Missy Elliott was his favorite rapper while he was coming up. Now, the Virginia native has returned the compliment by praising him on Twitter.

She also shared a video of Tunechi paying her a visit while they celebrated at a venue. On Friday, Madame Tussauds released its Missy Elliott wax figure at its Las Vegas location.
