The Super Bowl reminded us all what a powerhouse Missy Elliott is.
Now the 43 year old, who hasn't had an album out since 2005's The Cookbook, looks like she is trying to capitalize on all the new interest by giving us some new music.
Right after the Super Bowl she was spotted in the studio with long-time collaborator Timbaland.
Now Misdemeanor has tweeted out a photo of her and another super producer hanging out in front of the boards.
In the photo, Pharrell is flashing the two up two down sign for Virginia. Elliott, Pharrell and Timbaland all hail from the Virginia Beach/Norfolk region of the state.
