Who is Mike Jones?
He's not a human trafficker.
You may have thought otherwise if you were on the Internet this weekend, where rumors that the H-Town emcee was facing 5-14 years on pimping charges were everywhere.
It's all based on a fake story a faux-TMZ site published back in May of 2015. It resurfaced a few days ago for reasons unknown.
The hoax claims San Antonio police arrested Jones on 34 human trafficking charges after a four month investigation
Jones used social media to clarify that no such thing happened:

This isn't the first time Jones has been plagued by an Internet hoax. In 2012, multiple websites reported that the 35-year old had died.
