Mike Jones said that someone offered him a six-figure payment to perform at a bar mitzvah, and he shared the text exchange.
"Is 100,000$ enough to get you to perform for my son’s barmizfa?" the message reads. "What’s the date of the event and we can make that happen for the $100,000," Mike replied.
Right away, people accused the Houston rapper of lying. Some pointed out that "bar mitzvah" is spelled incorrectly in the text message, meaning the parent who offered him the 100K doesn't know how to spell the word.
You can see some of the reactions to Mike's post below. Do you think he's lying about the six-figure payment or telling the truth?
"Barmizfa shows this is fake as hell."
"Nobody paying Mike jones 100k in 2024 stop the 🧢."
"lol this 🥷 texting himself 😂😂 ain’t nobody here to see you Otis."
"Mike? Your number is at the top. Who texting who? You still got time to delete this big dawg. Even if the fan screenshotted it, still seems a bit off."
