Last week, Hits Daily Double projected Migos' sophomore album Culture to do between 70 and 80K first week.
Those are respectable numbers. Especially considering Migos' first album YRN flopped with an embarrassing 14K opening week.
The final numbers are in, and Migos did better than respectable.
The official count is 120,991, sales plus streaming. That knocks The Weeknd's Starboy out of the top spot on the album chart after four consecutive (and five nonconsecutive) weeks at #1.
The big Hip Hop release this week is Big Sean's I Decided. We'll see if he can beat the Migos' first week number.
