Michael Rapaport has taken back his criticism of Meek Mill after Meek fired back.
The actor and podcast host blasted the Philly native's rap skills earlier this week.
“Meek Mill, great story. Great look. Trash rapper. Sorry,” he wrote on Feb. 17. “You make 300 songs 5 will be OK.”
But now Rapaport has had a change of heart about the language he used in attacking Meek.
"I should not have used that word," he said on Sway in the Morning. "It was wrong and it wasn't the right word. He's not a trash rapper. I can't say it and I wish I could take that word back. I'm harsh with my Hip Hop opinions. It's the wrong word and it's just not valid. It's not true and it's not reasonable. It was a stupid word to use."
Meek responded to Rapaport's unprovoked attack by telling him he has no authorization to speak on the culture. Do you think that's what made the 48-year old take his words back?
