We don't know the offensive words Michael Irvin said to a woman in a hotel lobby which led to him being kicked out of the hotel and kicked off the NFL Network's Super Bowl coverage.

Irvin says he doesn't know either.

In fact, Irvin claims, he didn't even remember he had a minute-long conversation with the woman, who works for the hotel, until he was shown a security video of their brief lobby chat.

Now Irvin is suing his accuser for $100 million.

“Rash and thoughtless actions can have severe consequences. Marriott [parent company of Renaissance Hotels] apparently did not appreciate these simple truths when, in a rush to judgment, its employees and management inaccurately and inflammatorily accused Mr. Irvin of misconduct to the National Football League,” reads the suit.

According to Irvin's legal team, once Irvin was aware of the accusation he offered to provide the hotel witnesses who would attest that Irvin and his accusers did nothing more than "casually exchanged pleasantries".  However, the hotel didn't take up the offer and proceeded to "cancel" the 56-year-old without hearing his side of the story.

Neither Marriott nor the woman has responded to the suit.
