Metro Boomin Responds To Woman's Rape Claim

by Daryl Nelson

Metro Boomin is being sued for rape by a woman named Vanessa LeMaistre.

In her suit, the woman said she was at the producer's Los Angeles studio in 2016 and took half a Xanax pill plus a shot of alcohol, which made her pass out.

LeMaistre claimed she woke up in a Beverly Hills hotel room with Metro raping her and performing oral sex. But she doesn't remember going to the hotel.

The woman eventually found out she was pregnant with Metro's child but got an abortion.

She also said Metro — whose real name is Leland Wayne —  mentioned the incident in his 2017 song "Rap Saved Me" with Quavo, Offset, and 21 Savage.

"She took a Xanny / Then she fainted / I’m from the gutter / Ain’t no changing," the chorus goes.

Metro's lawyer, Lawrence Hinkle II, has already responded to the suit.

"This is a pure shakedown. These are false accusations," Hinkle told TMZ. "Mr. Wayne refused to pay her months ago, and he refuses to pay her now. Mr. Wayne will defend himself in court. He will file a claim for malicious prosecution once he prevails."

Any reaction to the woman's claims?
