Even though Nicki Minaj didn't mention Jay-Z's name, it was clear that she was ranting about him in her message about Kendrick Lamar playing Super Bowl LIX.
The way Nicki sees it, Jay-Z's company Roc Nation chose Kendrick and not Lil Wayne out of vengeful spite. The Super Bowl will be held in Wayne's hometown of New Orleans, so many feel he should've been the obvious choice.
"Your hatred for BIRDMAN, Drake & Nicki got you punishing Lil Wayne?" wrote Nicki in part.
But according to Memphis Bleek, Jay's longtime friend and Roc-A-Fella signee, Nicki doesn't like Jay because he failed to do something for her.
He conveyed that by posting a 2009 Hot 97 interview in which Jay discussed people's gripes against him.

"They don’t say I did anything to them, they say I didn’t do something for them," says Jay in the clip.
Bleek didn't mention Nicki's name, but it's obvious he was responding to her Super Bowl rant.
"N*ggas is mad mad," Bleek captioned his post.
