Today, DJ Akademiks tweeted out what would have been a bombshell development in the case against Tory Lanez, who's accused of shooting Megan Thee Stallion.

"It was revealed in court few moments ago that Tory Lanez DNA WAS NOT found on the weapon in the Meg Thee Stallion case," Ak typed.

It's not the first time there's been talk Tory didn't fire the gun, but Ak has since deleted the Tweet.

Meg also pushed back on the Tweet in a series of social posts.

“Court ain’t even started yet so why y’all ready to start lying,” she stated in words with colorful backgrounds. “I know some of y’all blogs on payroll but please don’t get sued trying to create a hate campaign. Be a real journalist and post FACTS. And to my haters, keep making yourself look stupid idc. Y’all got breaking news 15 minutes before court started and nobody has even been called in yet??? Y’all tryna win a social media campaign this is MY REAL LIFE! Y’all tryna get retweets SPREADING FALSE NARRATIVES. @iamakademiks Why are you lying? What did you gain?”

Stay tuned.
