Meek Mill's 'Dreams Worth More Than Money' Set To Have Big Opening Week

by HHL Editors

Meek Mill is headed for his first number one album.

According to Billboard, Dreams Worth More Than Money is projected to move more than 200,000 copies in its first week, sales plus streaming, and is expected to open in the top spot on the album charts.

Those numbers would beat Meek's 2012 debut album Dreams And Nightmares, which did 165,000 in its opening week.

While DWMTM's projected sales numbers don't approach the first week totals of Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp A Butterfly (350,000) or Drake's If You're Reading This, It's Too Late (535,000), they would top A$AP Rocky's A.L.L.A (116,00o) and give Mill the third biggest Hip Hop opening of the year.

If Meek ends up much over 200K he will also best his girlfriend Nicki Minaj, who's Pinkprint opened with 201,000 in late December.
