If Meek Mill didn't go to prison, Dreams Worth More Than Money would have been a completely different album.
In an interview with Revolt TV, the 28-year old said the five months he spent away last year re-centered him. Once he was released he said he was busting with new material, which quickly supplanted what he had done before getting locked up.
"As soon as I came home from jail-- album right here, done. You know what I'm saying. Right back in the streets," Meek explains. "I had a different album before I went to jail," he confirmed. "I always see people on Instagram like 'where them other songs at?' We still goin' use 'em. They're coming soon."The songs on the original album are rumored to include the track 'Scarface', which features NYC legends Jay Z and Nas.
Whether these skipped over tracks drop as loosies or part of a mixtape remains to be seen.
