Earlier this year, Drake bought Robbie Williams's old pad in Beverly Crest, California for about $70 million.
So it made sense for him to sell his three home complex in Hidden Hills dubbed the "Yola Estate".
He just sold two of the three homes to another pretty famous person.
Quarterback Matt Stafford, who won a Super Bowl in his first year with the Los Angeles Rams, has purchased two of the three homes for $11 million, which was about $3.5 million over what Drake was asking.
Rams QB Matthew Stafford and his wife Kelly paid $3.6 million OVER the asking price for a pair of 1950s ranch-style homes belonging to Drake.

The $11 million total includes:
- 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms
- 3.61 acres
- pizza oven
- private horse trail in the backyard. pic.twitter.com/svLW4C56Y6
The two homes combined are 6,000 sq. feet with 8 bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
And they won't even be Matt, his wife Kelly and their four kids' main Hidden Hills pad.
Last year, the Staffords bought a home in the tony SoCal neighborhood for $19.6 million and that will remain their main residence.
But now when Stafford and Drake's mutual friend Odell Beckham Jr. comes by to visit his QB he can visit his old Yolo stomping grounds.
